How many stores do I need to start a pilot?

The minimum is 5 stores. Most pilots run on 10–25 stores from a single region or format, which gives enough data for statistically meaningful results.

What does "no upfront cost" mean exactly?

You pay nothing to start the pilot. We do not require a contract, deposit, or commitment before you see results. If you decide not to continue after 30 days, you owe nothing.

What data do you need from us?

12 months of historical sales data, current inventory levels, supplier lead times, and product master data. We pull this directly from your POS or ERP — typically takes 2–3 days.
